Garrett Steuerwald, has been a South Bay resident for over a decade. He has a B.A. Degree in Urban Planning from the University of California at Irvine. Garrett has ten years of corporate sales experience in the software and financial publishing fields. He has first hand experience with real estate in the South Bay as owner and property manager of several income properties in Manhattan Beach.
In 2002 Garrett joined Northwest Realty, attracted to the firm because he shares their commitment to high sales achievement, a strong work ethic, unwavering integrity and unrivaled market knowledge. Since 1979, Northwest Investment Real Estate Company has operated in Manhattan Beach, specializing in residential property sales and has expanded its fields of expertise to include income-type and commercial properties throughout Southern California. In July 2003, Garrett was the top-producing agent for Northwest.
Prior to becoming full time agent at Northwest Realty, Tiffany Steuerwald taught first grade at Richmond Street Elementary School in El Segundo.
